Who we are.

Bajaiyo is a music promotion marketplace that connects independent artists with venues/hosts (clubs, gyms, cafés, DJs) to get real music played in real rooms. We are incorporated in India and our primary point of contact is contact@bajaiyo.com.

What we collect.

When you sign up as an artist or venue, we collect the information you provide - name, email, phone number, city, and any optional details like genre or social links. We use this to match you with the right venues or artists and to communicate about your account.

We may collect basic usage data (pages visited, time on site) through privacy-respecting analytics tools. We do not use tracking pixels or sell your data to advertisers.

How we use your information.

• ✓To match artists with suitable venues based on genre, location, and audience fit.
• ✓To contact you about your onboarding, placements, and payments.
• ✓To send you proof-of-play reports and earnings statements.
• ✓To improve the platform - understanding which features are used most helps us build better tools for artists and venues.
• ✓We do not use your data for automated decision-making that has a legal or significant effect on you.

What we don't do.

Data storage and security.

Your data is stored on servers hosted in secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 2 years after account closure for legal and accounting purposes.

Your rights.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@bajaiyo.com with the subject line 'Data Request'. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies.

We use minimal, functional cookies necessary to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings - this may log you out of the platform.

Changes to this policy.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Bajaiyo after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
